Migration NMD1 to NMD4 (IMPORTANT)

Dear Sir/Madam,

With this mailing we would like to inform you about the migration of your server(s) located in POP1. Our Datacenter at NMD1 will be phased out because of the new services we will offer Q1 2012 in NMD2, NMD3 and NMD4. The server room will be dismounted after the migration is completed.

  • Reason: Migration from MSD1 to MSD4
  • Downtime involved: 1 to 2 hours

    93.190.141.0/24
    93.190.142.0/24
    93.190.143.0/24

Because of the IP address allocation to NMD1, it is not possible to move your server(s) on an other date and/or time. Our engineers will soft shutdown your server and will move your server(s) to the new location.

We understand this migration is not welcome but we need to enforce the migration to offer you the same support level as we did in untill now.
