			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Customers on the shared web server CNL3 may be experiencing  downtime due to an ongoing denial of service attack since early this night.  Our techs are looking into it and working on containing and stopping the  attack. Very sorry about the inconvenience this is causing. Please note, this is not causing issues on other CNL machines that are in the  same location.</p>
<p>To check if you’re on the affected  machines, please go to the UnderHost panel and check the hostname for  your users.</p>

<p><strong>Update 04/01:</strong> Attack has been a bit less for a couple of hour now, we have null routed our main IP to gain access to the machine and we will now get it enabled within few hour, so service should be back to normal.</p>
<p><strong>UPDATE 17h40: </strong>cPanel is back online as we talk along with the server, their still some testing to do before site can be accessed again but should not take too long.</p>
<p><strong>UPDATE 18h30:</strong> no luck here, cpanel is back offline servers completely offline we have no ETA when thing would be better we do hope attack finally stop so we can start our operation back to normal.</p>
<p><strong>UPDATE 19H00:</strong> cPanel back online along with FTP, site on dedicated IP should be back online too attack has been mostly mitigated but their still some issue so we can't put back on everything yet.</p>
<p><strong>UPDATE 05/01: </strong>Attack are currently around 900mbps it goes down, so it will be definitely mitigated completely today.</p>
<p><strong>UPDATE 05/01 19h:</strong> Finally thing goes better, everyone on dedicated Ip is back online everything should be working without slowness and shared IP site will come back in the next hour.</p>
<p><strong>Final Update:</strong> The ip being targeted has been null-routed, and a new ip was given to  the server. It is starting to recover now and we’ll continue to keep an  eye on it. We are resolving this status post now, but if there are any  further issues with sites on this server please don’t hesitate to  contact support to let us know.</p>

<p>Due to recent issue we suffered over our panamanian location, we are moving our node to another platform, their no change on nameservers, though we will get setup our nameservers also on our DNS cluster setup old one will remain the same and new DNS if you wish to use it (more optimized and redundant) will be sent once your account has been migrated.</p>
<p>New servers will be on CloudLinux our new platform, that way user won't be able to overload our whole node and cause issue to your site, upgrade should be done within 48 hour from now, this urgent maintenance was needed due to issue user suffered past few days.</p>

<p>Last week we have experienced some issues with one of our carriers, which caused packet loss on some network paths.<br />
We  did some tests and decided to close our sessions with this carrier,  other traffic paths were chosen and connectivity was restored again.</p>
<p>After the carrier replaced hardware and a week of untrusive testing we will enable the sessions with this carrier again.<br />
During this maintenance our teams will proactively test our connectivity.</p>

<p>Any updates will be placed here on this page. That's being said, only Dedicated and VPS client would be affected shared network use different datacenter.</p>

<p>As you probably already aware the maintenance that was supposed to take place yesterday has been postponed. Currently our server has been rebooted due to high load going for at least 8 hour now.</p>
<p>Once NL7 server came back online migration will be started, your site should be available during transfer currently we suspect through our server doing an FSCK that's why it take some time to get back online.</p>
<p>Update will be done via this post during the day, and has soon migration has been successfully completed.</p>

<p><strong>Update 1HAM EDT (22/09): </strong>Migration on both servers has been started at 1ham with 2 hour in late, we do apologize to start that maintenance a bit in late today, as soon 80% of account has been moved Ip will be modified on our nameservers, we will update you below each hour so you can see how account migration goes.</p>
<p><strong>Update 2h00AM:</strong></p>
<p><strong>NL1: 33% completed /  NL5: 6% completed</strong></p>
<p><strong>Update 3h00AM:</strong></p>
<p><strong>NL1: </strong>81% has been completed  nameservers has been updated on NL1</p>
<p><strong>NL5: </strong>19% completed</p>
<p><strong>Update 8h00AM NL5</strong>: 29% completed</p>
<p><strong>Update 14hPM NL5</strong>: 49% completed</p>
<p><strong>Update 20hPM NL5</strong>: 100% completed email has been sent, there was some issue with that maintenance as you can see NL1 was moved within 2 hour while NL5 took more than 24 hour, anyway we keep backup on old server if there anything we can restore them.</p>
